1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Teleprompter application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the App.

2. Service Description

Teleprompter is a free mobile application developed by Visionar Tecnologia e Informação that allows users to create, edit, and view scripts in teleprompter format.

The App is provided for free, without ads, and does not require registration or account creation.

3. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal or professional purposes.

You MAY NOT:

• Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App
• Remove or alter copyright notices or trademarks
• Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Distribute or resell the App without express authorization

4. User Content

You retain all rights to the scripts and texts you create in the App. This data is stored locally on your device and is your sole responsibility.

You are responsible for backing up your scripts. Visionar is not responsible for data loss due to device failures, app uninstallation, or other events.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Create or disseminate illegal, offensive, defamatory content, or content that violates third-party rights
• Harm minors in any way
• Violate third-party intellectual property
• Transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks

6. Service Availability

While we strive to keep the App available and functional, we do not guarantee it will always be error-free, interruption-free, or vulnerability-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time, with or without notice.

7. Updates

We may provide updates, improvements, or fixes to the App. You may be required to accept updates to continue using the App. Some features may change or be removed in updates.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including design, code, trademark, logos, and content, is the property of Visionar Tecnologia e Informação and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will meet your specific needs or be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Visionar Tecnologia e Informação be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including data loss, lost profits, or business interruption.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may cease using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Canoas, RS, Brazil.

13. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
